Job Description

Unity Professional Staffing is building its hospitality and facilities team for client properties in the Columbus area. We are hiring for four role types in one hiring push: Hotel Housekeepers (guest rooms and common areas), Laundry Attendants (washing, drying, folding, and inventory of linens), Janitorial Staff (cleaning and upkeep of public spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house areas), and Groundskeepers (exterior upkeep, litter patrol, seasonal grounds work). You will be employed by Unity and assigned to well-run local properties with consistent schedules and supportive supervision. Most roles require no prior experience — we provide onboarding, and our multilingual team supports you through every step. Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: clean and reset guest rooms and common areas to property standards
• Laundry: wash, dry, fold, and track linens and terry
• Janitorial: maintain public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
• Groundskeeping: keep exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards
• Work respectfully with property staff and guests

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable attendance and transportation (bus-accessible sites available)
• Able to be on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs (50 lbs for groundskeeping)
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, welcoming spaces
• Background check and drug screening (with your consent) before placement
• No prior experience required for most roles — training provided
